Providing personlised care at home for you.

Prime Home Care are committed to providing good quality care in our community.

Our Ethos

Our company values are based around providing kind, reliable, good quality care. To achieve these values we take the time to listen and to understand the needs of each of our clients. We understand that these needs change over time and adapt the care we provide to ensure each of our clients is receiving the best care.
We will arrange an initial consultation with you, your family or friends, and any health professionals involved in your care. We want you to get to know us and this will give you an opportunity to meet us and understand how we work. Based on this and any subsequent meetings we will put a personalised care plan into place and introduce you to a suitable carer, based on the support you require and your likes and dislikes.
With Prime Home Care the care you receive is reviewed regularly, and changes are made based around your requirements. These changes may be changes in time, changes in the level of support required or perhaps a change
Throughout your time with us, you will be able to contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our Care Assistants

Just like our clients, our care assistants come from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures and speak a variety of languages.
We have a stringent recruitment process in place. We check employment history, references and their DBS before inviting them to train we us.
All of our care assistants receive in house training. This way we get to know them, their abilities, their likes and dislikes before we send them to you. They are only offered a position with Prime Home Care after they have successfully completed their training. However, it doesn’t stop there! Our care assistants receive regular refresher training, have frequent spot checks and regular supervisions and appraisals.
Throughout your time with us, you will be able to contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Areas we cover

We work with both private clients and have contracts with local authorities in the boroughs of Harrow, Hillingdon, Ealing, Brent, Hounslow and the surrounding areas.

Our commitment to a Net-Zero carbon future

Prime Home Care is always looking for new ways to improve our sustainability and environmental impact and are committed to achieving Net-Zero by 2050. This in turn will help the boroughs within which we work to chieve Net-Zero emissions.
We have short and long term goals in achieving this ambition. Currently, we encourage our staff to reduce their carbon footprint by reducing waste using the reduce, reuse, recycle hierarchy. Simple things things like switching off lights and computers are encouraged.
We also encourage shared use of cars between our carers and always try to pair local clients with local carers  in a bid to remove the use of a car or public transport altogether. We are selective in our choice of partners and suppliers, and we always prioritise those that are acting on climate change and have green credentials. Internally, we only buy recycled paper and reusable ink cartridges. In the office, paper is used as scrap before disposing in recycling bins.
We intend to train and educate our staff about the importance of the environment, thus encouraging contribution to a cleaner, healthier environment. This includes ideas on reducing the use of paper, recycling, using LED lightbulbs, walking when possible, using public transport, or sharing cars, wasting less food, wasting less water etc. Our training will contribute to a better understanding of environmental factors and encouragement to take positive action where possible. We hope this knowledge will be shared with family members and friends, which will have a positive impact on the borough.
