CQC regulated
We are regularly inspected by the CQC. This means every aspect of our care is fully regulated, monitored and assessed by a governmental body. CQC inspectors ensure that we follow all government legislation. They ensure our carers are trained to the high levels set by the CQC and are compliant to provide care. They check that our carers have had DBS checks and that we have checked their work and address histories. They speak to our clients and our carers to get feedback about the way we operate. Our last inspection deemed us as providing a 'GOOD' service for all the areas they inspected.
Times and hours offered
With our bespoke approach, all of our care calls are arranged around your convenience, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We offer care from as little as an hour a day for as many days as is needed to live in care where the carer will provide support 24/7.
Fully vetted and trained staff
All our carers are trained in-house to ensure they understand their role. Our training is CQC and UKHCA compliant. Training is refreshed annually to ensure that our standards remain high. Our carers have their DBS checked and we ensure we check all their employment and address histories.
Support for you and your family
Our support extends to all of those involved in your care. This can be guidance, emotional support or advice. We work in partnership with family, friends and anyone else involved in your care to ensure your well being and that of your family is maintained.
Assistance with Medication
We can assist or prompt medication. Utilising dedicated software, we offer a fully comprehensive medication management system. Where requested, we can pick up medication from the pharmacy or coordinate with pharmacies to ensure medications are delivered on time.
Companionship
Our friendly carers are always at hand for a warm chat and familiar company. During the assessment, we get an understanding of your likes and dislikes and will introduce you to a carer that shares similar interests. They will provide companionship, escort you on outings or appointments or join you in your hobby.
Meal Preparation
We can assist with preparing meals, snacks or drinks or provide extra assistance when you are cooking your own meals. Where required, we can prompt our clients to prepare nutritious meals and keep hydrated.
Mobility Support
From walking frames, hoists and transfers, our team can help you get around and live the life you can and want to lead. Our carers are trained in using different equipment to assist with mobility, so you can be assured you will be in safe hands.
