Monitoring carers and clients. Ensure carers are following policies and procedures. Assessing and implementing care changes. Ensuring paperwork is compliant and up to date. Assisting with shadowing and training. Dealing with queries received from clients and carers in a given geographical area.
Must have Diploma in Health and Social care level 2 or 3. Assists with rota’s, carer monitoring, care plans, supervisions and monitoring’s. Ensures all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Ensures compliance to CQC regulations. Completes recruitment, auditing, risk assessments, policy compliance. Responsible for the satisfactory running of the organisation, working together with CQC and the local authorities.
